ASIA METERS RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Applies to: All products purchased from the Asia Meters Website

1. Overview

Asia Meters operates solely as a marketplace and does not manufacture or service any products sold on its platform. All products listed are supplied by third-party Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). As such, return eligibility is governed by each OEM’s specific return policy, subject to approval.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be raised within 2 days of receipt of the product.
  • Wrong item, damaged or defective item is delivered against the order. The defect will be validated by our engineers before we can accept the claim.
  • The product & associated accessories, consumables must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All original components, accessories, consumables, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return, unless proven defective:

  • Return request is outside the prescribed time frame.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial number.
  • Products marked as “non-returnable”.
  • Product is found to be used.
  • Product is not covered under warranty by the manufacturer.
  • Consumables have been used or installed.
  • Items returned without original packing and accessories.
  • Items with broken seals or damaged external body of the product.
  • Products not purchased directly from the Asia Meters website.

4. Return Process

  1. Initiate Request:

    Email us at support@shreyans.enterprises with your order details, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).

  2. OEM Approval:

    We will contact the relevant OEM to seek approval for the return. Approval timelines and conditions vary by manufacturer.

  3. Return Shipment:

    If approved, customers must ship the product to the address provided at their own cost unless the OEM agrees to cover return shipping (in case of defects or wrong item delivery).

  4. Inspection & Processing:

    Returned items are subject to inspection by the OEM. Once cleared, a refund or replacement will be issued per the OEM’s policy.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds, once approved, are processed to the original mode of payment or as store credit, based on customer’s preference.
  • Processing time may take 7–21 business days from the date the returned item is received and approved.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or that of the OEM.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Disclaimer

Asia Meters acts only as a sales and support facilitator. All return and refund decisions are subject to OEM policies. We assume no liability for OEM refusals or delays in return processing.

Each item is thoroughly and physically checked, packed in strong and durable packing by a dedicated team to avoid transit damage, ensure customer satisfaction and proper working of the product.

Asia Meters reserves the right to accept the claim or not and the decision would be final.

9. Version Control

Version 1.0 – Effective 01 SEP 2025

This version supersedes all previous returns and refund policies and reflects Asia Meters’s role strictly as a reseller and facilitator of OEM warranties.
